I’ve had this American Black Walnut around for a while now and took the plunge recently. It’s turned out really well- this one has a slightly slimmer profile in the handle, and slightly longer than usual too. This gives it a very dextrous feel somehow- almost like a trout and bird style. As with any Scandi blade, the geometry is perfect for carving and all bushcraft tasks. I’ve been carving and camping with these blades for years and they stand up to anything!
I’ve loved this blade for ages too- it’s handmade in Sweden and is full carbon steel.
It comes with a handmade leather sheath (right-handed).
